Shipping Policy

Brand note: Orders are fulfilled by Scott International (parent company) and shipped under our consumer brand Playscott. Tracking emails, packaging, and customer support will reference Playscott.

100% Replacement Guarantee

  • We offer a 7-day 100% replacement guarantee.
  • If there is a genuine defect with our product, just let us know within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • We will replace the product for you free of cost.
  • As all our products are custom made, replacement is possible only upon a genuine defect. A monetary refund is not possible in such cases — please review the Return & Cancellation policy for refund-eligible scenarios.

Delivery Lead Time

  • For metros, please allow 3–5 days for delivery after shipping.
  • For non-metros serviceable by couriers, please allow 5–7 days for delivery after shipping.
  • For remote destinations (shipped via Indian Government Speed Post), please allow 7–10 days for delivery after shipping.

Carrier & Tracking

Orders ship under the Playscott brand. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your shipment is dispatched. Packaging, tracking notifications, and post-purchase customer support will all reference Playscott (operated by Scott International).

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is included for orders that meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ). For express delivery or international shipping, additional charges may apply and will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
