Screen Printing
Modern screen printing for bulk and group orders, specific color matching and a wider variety of products. Each color in a design is separated and burned to a fine-mesh screen, then transferred to the shirt with ink. It's the most cost-effective option for printing large custom apparel runs.
Unlike most studios, Scott International has no quantity restriction and no extra setup fees. For long-lasting prints with exact color reproduction, screen printing is still the gold standard.

Embroidery
Embroidery is the age-old craft of weaving a design onto fabric with thread and needle. Today, a digitised file tells our machines exactly how and where to place each stitch — perfect for polo shirts, corporate clothing and premium finishes.
Embroidered t-shirts last longer than printed ones and our machines can stitch 2–10 pieces simultaneously, keeping cost per garment friendly even for smaller orders.

Direct to Garment (DTG)
DTG is built for small runs, full-color photos and quick turnarounds. A digital image is printed directly onto the t-shirt using special CMYK inks, so there's no limit on the number of colors in your design.
It avoids the high setup costs of screen printing, which makes DTG a strong option for orders with gradients, photographs or more than 8 solid colors.

Heat Transfer & DTF
From vinyl heat transfer for names and numbers, to sublimation on polyester for vivid all-over prints, our heat transfer line covers every modern need.
Our DTF (Direct to Film) setup — one of the largest in Tirupur and Chennai — decorates cotton, polyester, blends, leather and nylon with prints that last as long as traditional silkscreen.
